The Xtreme boot offers maximum performance in a lightweight rugged solution for using Radiation Alert® products in the field. The Xtreme boot is designed specifically for individuals operating in tough environments, such as 1st Responders, Mining and HAZMAT crews. Made of a RoHS compliant TPE rubber, the case also offers superior grip and drop protection. When using the pancake detector, a protective door opens on the back of the case exposing the end window of the GM for alpha detection. The Xtreme boot is designed for use with the Inspector, and Digilert handheld radiation detectors.

Inspector Wipe Test Plate without Rails by SE International

The stainless steel WipeTest Plate slides easily onto the Inspector positioning the depression and wipe directly in front of the GM tube window at a fixed distance of 1 centimeter. The WipeTest plate is removable for general surveying. (patent #5,936,246) Many of the customers using The Inspector Wipe Test Plate also use it as a Beta Shield for the 2-inch GM detector. (patent# 5,936,246)

Inspectors with a SN# of 30328 or higher are compatible with The Wipe Test Plate w/o Rails. (SEI Part# WTPIN)

Dosi-Lite for Pen Dosimeters by SE International

The Dosi-Lite provides illumination for a Direct-Reading Dosimeter in low light conditions which is held directly in front of the eye for viewing. The Dosi-Lite comprises of a light-emitting diode (LED) enclosed in a thimble-shaped flexible plastic casing, which slides onto the end of a dosimeter. When the user squeezes the casing, the leads are brought into contact with the batteries, thereby completing the circuit, lighting the LED, and illuminating the Direct-Reading Dosimeter.

The Dosi-Lite is designed for personnel that spend extended periods in areas with lighting which is insufficient or inconvenient for reading the Direct-Reading Dosimeter, thus running the risk of being exposed to excessive radiation before taking the next reading. The Dosi-Lite provides a convenient illuminating device for Direct-Reading Dosimeters that fits onto the end of a Direct-Reading Dosimeter.

Sentry Software by SE International

The optional SentryCom Software enables you to easily integrate The Sentry into your radiation safety program by allowing you to select the thresholds for dose and dose rate alarms/warnings. You can set the Cal Factor, and the data logging frequency, and download the accumulated dose data as a text file. The report includes a delimited time and date stamp, exposure, and power cycle identifiers for easy recording and incident analysis in most spreadsheet programs. Units of measurement can be changed between mR/hr and ?Sv/hr to fit your application and reporting needs.

The SentryCom Software comes complete with mini-USB cable.

NOTE: Some older operating systems require access to Windows Update to download the standard USB-Serial drivers to connect to the Sentry EC with the provided USB cable.

The New Observer USB is a free version of the Observer software that runs on Windows®. It can be used with The Ranger, The Ranger EXP, & The Monitor 200 Radiation Detectors. The Observer USB reads in Counts, CPM, and CPS, as well as μR/hr, mR/hr, and μSv/hr and has the ability to collect, log, and perform statistical analysis on the data received. The Ranger Wipe Test Plate by SE International

The stainless steel WipeTest Plate slides easily onto The Ranger positioning the depression and wipe directly in front of the GM tube window at a fixed distance of 1 centimeter. The WipeTest plate is removable for general surveying. (patent#5,936,246) Many customers using the Ranger Wipe Test Plate also use it as a Beta Shield for the 2-inch GM detector. The Wipe Test Plate is commonly used with Test Swipes to check surfaces contaminated with radioactivity. These convenient, easy-to-use cloth discs have individual record folders and can be used to perform wipe tests as indicated in NRC and Agreement State Regulations. Each box contains 500 record folders which can be used to identify each sample smear, prevent cross-contamination of smears, transfer smears to the counting facility, or store smears until discarded. Smears have slightly adhesive back for keeping your sample exactly where you need it to be.
