Will these work with Oakton Model 54X249103 digital reader? What is the length of the probe? Response time? Are they flexible?

The 08419-01 probes are fine-gauge, bare-wire probes with 0.005" diameters that provide quick temperature measurements (time constant typically less than 0.3 seconds). Probes feature beaded junctions and 12" leads. The negative lead is slightly shorter than the positive lead for easy identification. Probes come in packs of five
