Easy to use!

This easy to use hygrometer is the perfect instrument for my food-based business. It is not instant, so be sure to let it equilibrate. To create controlled environment, I a drilled a hole in the plastic lid of a lock'n'lock and slide the probe in and let it come to equilibrium.
