BW Technologies by Honeywell introduces another advanced design in gas detection technology. The Gas Alert Quattro multigas detector is compact, intuitive, and incredibly user friendly. It features patented SureCell sensor technology and the exclusive IntelliFlash system. Despite its small size and easy to read display, the device also provides numerous user controls and customized options that can be accessed with the push of a single button.
Simple and Intuitive
The Gas Alert Quattro is a revolutionary instrument in simple gas detection systems. After two years of research and development, BW Technologies created a device that improves upon the sensor technology and circuitry, while eliminating distracting elements that are not necessary to basic gas detection systems. The result is an advanced compact design with simple glove friendly one button operation. With this one button, users can operate a multitude of functions. The large LCD display also noticeably reads simultaneously the gas levels, battery status, and operation of the device. At less than 12 ounces, the compact instrument is the most advanced and efficient compact gas detection system on the market.
SureCell Sensor Technology
The patented SureCell sensor technology is compact and robust. The newest line of sensors has faster response times, improved filtering, and improved performance. The Gas Alert Quattro utilizes four of these field proven sensors to monitor Hydrogen Sulfide, Carbon Monoxide, Oxygen, and Combustible Gases. The gas detector comes with a full two year warranty that also covers the sensors.
Exclusive IntelliFlash Feature
When on the job, it may be difficult or time consuming to consistently check and monitor the gas detection instrument for operability. However, knowing that the equipment is operating is critical to workplace safety. BW Technologies' exclusive IntelliFlash feature on the Gas Alert Quattro is a simple and intuitive safety measure designed to continuously notify users and those nearby (up to 20 feet) that the unit is powered on and operating. The hands free green light provides a continuous alert at regular intervals and takes the guess work out of the process.
User Options and Compatible Accessories
While the simple and intuitive design is one of the defining features of the Gas Alert Quattro, the unit allows for numerous user controls and offers several compatible accessories. The SureCell gas sensors allow for user control of all alarm set points. The designated set points are automatically displayed during the start up process. The unit also allows control over the confidence/compliance beep, the confidence flash, sensor operability, latching alarms, the safe display mode, auto-zero at startup, flip display, combustible gas measurements (% LEL or % by volume Methane), language choices, welcome message at startup, and datalog intervals. Users can also force calibrations and bump tests.For further customization, BW Technologies by Honeywell has several compatible accessories for the Gas Alert Quattro including the MicroDock II, a carrying holster, an auxiliary filter, and a vehicle attachment.
