The device also has incredibly high accuracy readings. Besides gas levels, temperature, and humidity, the IAQ Monitor also calculates dew point, wet bulb temperature, absolute humidity, humidity ratio, and percent outside air. The monitor also has a data logging feature that allows users to hold, recall, and record the maximum, minimum, and average data. This feature can store up to 1500 measurements. It also comes with an easy to use PC interface and software for real time data. In line with its user friendliness, the device can also self calibrate at the command of the user.

The monitor has incredibly accurate carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide readings ranging from 0 to 500 ppm with +/- 3% reading accuracy. The unit can operate and monitor temperatures from -4 to 140 degrees Fahrenheit and a 2 to 98% relative humidity range. The monitor operates on either 6 AA alkaline batteries or an AC adaptor. The entire handheld device is portable and lightweight (under 1 pound) with dimensions of 3.4 x 7.4 x 1.6 inches.
