The Pump Manager Plugin for the Casella Insight software allows measurement results stored in either an Apex or Tuff Pro pump to be transferred and saved in the master database for archival purposes.

Results can be viewed, plotted and output to reports in a wide variety of popular file formats. Gravimetric dust measurements can be integrated into a complete report that also includes real time dust measurements and allocated to specific users or areas on site or for a process.

Applications

OSHA and NIOSH air sampling measurements on workers in dirty environments can be downloaded to this Plugin for archiving purposes and reporting. The Pro versions of the Apex and Tuff pumps will save up to 100 events in their memories that record start time, end time, flow rates, total volume to document the sampling that was carried out. Any errors associated with the measurement in terms of flow blockages will also be recorded to alert the user to any unforeseen circumstances that might also have occurred. Data can be entered with the downloaded results once the sample has come back from the analysis laboratory regarding the specific analytes found. The Plugin also allows the user to setup the pump with a fixed duration run timer or delayed start and stop timers to make automatic measurements.
