E Instruments E5500-S Portable Industrial Flue Gas & Emissions Analyzer, O2 (0-25%), CO (0-8000ppm), NO/NOx (0-4000ppm), & SO2 (0-4000ppm)
The E5500 Portable Industrial Flue Gas and Emissions Analyzer utilizes state of the art technology to monitor, measure, and analyze atmospheric conditions. The unit can operate with up to 5 sensors (O2, CO2, CO, NO, NO2, NOx, SO2, Flue Gas and Air Temperature, Draft and Differential Pressure, and Stack Gas Velocity). Each sensor has various ranges, resolutions, and accuracies. The analyzer is designed for use in a variety of situations with potentially combustible environments.
E5500 Features
The water trap feature efficiently removes excess water vapor from the flue gas sample to prevent combustible gases from bubbling from the gas phase into the condensate. The water trap feature also includes a mounting piece to help maintain proper vertical positioning. The extensive internal memory is a key feature of the analyzer. The internal memory can store up to 1000 test and may be configured for longer term data storage. The 5500 analyzer comes standard with factory calibration, and with span gas cylinders, the analyzer can be easily recalibrated. To maintain accuracy, it is recommended that users recalibrate the analyzer at least once every year.
State of the Art Technology
The analyzer uses state of the art technology and software to provide users with a way to analyze and store data. The data can provide both real time assessments and historical trends. The standard EGAS software package that is included with the E5500 can save and graph real time data while in the field via laptop or in a laboratory through a personal computer. The device uses Bluetooth wireless communications to transfer data to an external computer. The Bluetooth module also comes with the standard software package. Users can also export the analyzer’s data to a variety of programs for further assessment and analysis.
The 5500 analyzer has an optional wireless remote printer. The thermal printer is convenient and simple. Users can print real time information while in the field or store the data for later use.
Equipment Inclusions
The E5500 models includes an external water trap with mounting piece, a battery charge, a rechargeable battery pack, stack gas and air temperature measurements, draft and differential measurements, internal memory, software package with Bluetooth module, a USB cable, protective carrying case, wireless communication, calibration certificate, operator’s manual, and calculated values for efficiency, excess air, and CO2 percentage.
