The Flow Visualization and velocity procedure test standard (ANSI/ASHRAE 110-1995 section 6) is a visualization test used to determine hood ability to contain vapors. The Alpha 900 is a portable thermal aerosol fog generator that consumes 1 liter per hour of a non toxic fog fluid after a warm up time of approximately 5 minutes. The amount of fog generated from the unit can be directed as needed by attaching optional hose adapter and ducting hose.,p>
