The live insect holder allows you to use the MiScope or MiScope Megapixel 2 to image at 40x or zoom in at 140x on a live insect. No need to chase a live insect with your MiScope to get an infocus image. Then use your MiScope or Miscope MP2 to capture still or moving images.

Drop the insect into the insect holder, insert the back cover and turn it to lock the insect inside. Then flip it over, place it into the MPstand and you can use with your MiScope or MiScope Megapixel 2 to image at 40x or 140x.

The built-in precision 1mm grid makes it easy to do quick measurement. The optical glare-free glass allows easy viewing of your insect sample and keeps the viewing area clean between samples. It also comes with a plastic tweezer for transport of live insects, and a donut insert for smaller insect samples.

The included MPstand can be used as a base with the insect holder or alone as a stand for extended depth of field at 12x magnification for the MiScope Megapixel 2. In the field, classroom, or in your facility, it will make viewing live insects easier.

MiScope or MiScope Megapixel 2 must be purchased separately (not included)
