The 5 - 145x magnification microscope has enough working distance to use tweezers or a soldering iron underneath. Connect the microscope directly to an HD monitor for high resolution, HD video speed and instant response without the need for a computer. Capture images directly to a microSD card (not included) and review them on the monitor. The optional artulated arm lets you quickly adjust the viewing angle and magnification, then lock the microscope in place with the twist of a knob.

When you need to switch from visual inspection to critical measurement and documentation, connect the microscope to a computer through the USB output and use the included Video ToolBox Pro software. Video ToolBox Pro has all the features you need, from image or video capture, to markup, to CAD quality measurements that you can export to EXCEL® for further analysis. The software produces adjustable reticles and grids for visual measuement or add calibrated custom overlays for quick visual evaluation of your parts. Draw directly on the live image to show defects or areas that need more careful inspection. Even record a video of your entire inspection procedure for training purposes.
