Fleet Manager II v3.4.2 Errors
We have noted that the recent update to Fleet Manager II (v3.4.2) creates incorrect Calibration Certificates. The Set Point fields of the Fleet Manager generated Calibration Certificate is incorrect. We have confirmed that the detectors database information is correct and the calibration is accurate in the detector.
An update to this software is currently being developed and tested to resolve this important issue. In the mean time users with BW Technologies portable instruments are recommended to perform the following steps:
- Important: Do not uninstall v.3.4.2. This prevents loss of your current database.
- Download and install Fleet Manager II V2.6.4 to the same working directory where you have installed v.3.4.2.
Users can then re-import MicroDock II test data to restore all calibration and bump test results
