TL900 Safesense CAT IV Fused Test Leads by Extech

Extech's UL approved SafeSense™ technology senses the presence of voltage even with a blown fuse for increased safety. Standard shrouded banana-to-banana plug connectors fit most multimeter input jacks. These test leads are CAT IV safety rated with high quality dual-layered silicone construction cables. The built-in fuse in the test probe body is replaceable.

  • Two dual-layered silicone test lead cables (5.3ft/1.6m long) with wear indication construction
  • Standard 90° shrouded banana-to-banana plug connectors fit most multimeter input jacks
  • Two CAT IV probes have built-in replaceable fuses (1000V, 11A, 20kA breaking capacity)
  • CAT IV-600V, CAT III-1000V, 10A with protective safety cap
  • Each probe has 2mm probe tip and includes a 4mm brass caged bayonet threaded tip (removable) for connecting accessories
Meets EN / IEC 61010-031:2002 + A1:2008 for Measurement Categories CAT III 1000V, 10A and CAT IV 600V, 10A; Probe body and test leads were tested together and certified by UL to the above; only the probe body is marked with the UL symbol.
