The Beacon 410 Four Channel Wall Mount Controller

The Beacon 410 is a customizable, microprocessor based 4 channel gas monitor. The unit simultaneously monitors up to 4 channels with a digital display reading all 4 channel readouts simultaneously. The unit is compatible with the easy to use direct connect sensors for LEL, CO2, 02, and toxic gases. The unit can also monitor any 4-20mA transmitter.

Each channel has 3 fully configurable alarm points. Within each channel, there are 2 dedicated fully configurable relays and a bank of common relays which can be configured as additional channel relays allowing up to 3 alarm relays per channel. Furthermore, a 4-20mA output signal is provided by each channel.

Ease of Use

The wall mount features an easy to read 4 x 20 backlit alphanumeric LCD display which simultaneously reads the gas levels for the 4 gases. Additionally, the Calibration Mode allows for easy calibration while in the field. The control panel allows for an easy understanding of how to adjust configurations. With a maximum of 6 switches or keys (including an alarm reset switch), users can easily configure the unit for maximum customization.

For worksite safety managers that need to evaluate and monitor collective data, each Beacon 410 is equipped with a digital Modbus interface for remote logging through a Modbus network. Additionally, the unit features minimum and maximum range data that can be viewed at any time.

Beacon 410 Specifications

The Beacon 410 wall mount efficiently fits onto a wall with convenient dimensions of 12.5"H x 11"W x 6.4"D. For safe monitoring, the unit features a dual alarm system with a 94 dB audible alert that is mounted on the enclosure and a visual color coded LED alert system. The technology is encased in a durable NEMA 4x non-metallic enclosure that is appropriate for indoor and outdoor locations. It is both chemical resistant and weather resistant. The wall unit is powered by 115 VAC and 220 VAC. An optional battery backup option is available.

Each unit is available with a standard 1 year warranty for materials and workmanship.
