Peracetic acid is a versatile disinfectant and powerful oxidizer, used in a wide range of applications primarily in the food industry.
WaterWorks™ Peracetic Acid test strips are a quick and reliable way to check water quality without the hassle of reagent drops or bulky test kits. This easy visual dip and read method takes only 32 seconds. Simply dip the strip into the sample for 2 seconds, shake and wait 10 seconds for color development and match the strip to the color blocks within 20 seconds. The strips low detection levels are 0, 2, 5, 10, 20, 30, 40, 100 ppm. No sample dilution is required and a 3-year shelf life makes the WaterWorks™ Peracetic Acid the preferred choice for Peracetic Acid field testing levels. WaterWorks™ Peracetic Acid test strips are available for $9.99 for 50 tests.
For dilutions that require 1.0 ml of water sample or less use the 1.0 ml syringe. For dilutions that require 2, 3, 4, or 5 ml of water sample use the 5 ml syringe. For dilutions that require 10 or 20 ml of the water sample use the graduated cylinder.
